Located between Boulevard St Michel and Boulevard St Germain, this quiet 30-m² studio is just a few steps away from the Seine River. Located in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement, it is next to the Notre Dame Cathedral. This exceptional location in the heart of the Quartier Latin is obviously one of the most renowned areas of Paris containing many historical points of interest.

Famous institutes of learning are found in this area like La Sorbonne, retaining much of its old character, and Jussieu. It is as well just a few steps away from Saint Germain des Prés and the famous Jardins du Luxembourg.The neighborhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants. The studio is situated on the sixth floor ( on seven) of a post war building with elevator.
