To this day inhabited and run by descendants, the family Bartocci-Fontana, the Palazzo stilI preserves the telari (canvas painting embedded in the wall) painted by Antonio Nessi and located in the central salon on the first floor.
The telari, which depict mytholological scenes, were painted at the end eighteenth century in tempera following the decorative manner. Located in the lett wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana is the hotel Il Palazzo. All the rooms of the hotel differ from one another in size, shape and simple antique furnishing which are typical of Umbria. The beams in several rooms are the original of oak and poplar.
