The Torre of Ponzano is a country house situated halfway between Florence and Siena in an unspoilt medieval hamlet on top of a hill in the Chianti countryside. It enjoys spectacular views accross the vinyards, olive groves and fields that have put Tuscany among the most beautiful places in the world. The country house has been restructured like a hotel, with all the modern comforts that one expects, (en-suite bathroom,tv, sattelite decoder, fridge, safe, coffee making equipment, etc.

) but the original old world charm has been carefully maintained, which gives the special touch to your holiday in this beautiful region. Garden tables, chairs and Sunbeds are provided free of charge, there is ample free parking. There are exellent typical restaurants onlya few minutes away by car and one is just a few minutes walk. Supermarkets are about ten minutes away by car.

Florence Airport is approximately 40 minutes away and Pisa airport is approximately on hour and fifteen minutes away. Advance bookings are accepted and a deposit or creditcard number with name and expiry date is required to confirm the booking.
