The S.Spirito Residence is situated in a very characteristic district of the historical center of Florence, the Oltrarno, just a few minutes walk from the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. The rooms face Piazza S.Spirito, one of the most beautiful squares of Florence, they are very large and rich in atmosphere. These charming accomodations are located in the restored section of Palazzo Guadagni built in 1505.
