The House is on the third floor, with elevator, of a historical florentine 18th century palace, located in the old city center, next to the most important museums, shops and galleries; one of the rooms has a view over the "Bargello" museum of sculpture. Another looks over "Dante's House", poet and writer of the Divine Comedy. It is a quiet and confortable place. Rooms have private bath, fridge, personal safe, hair dryer, tv and air conditioning.

A special electric repellent will help keep away mosquitos. AC will be supplied only on request with a little extra charge and with use of a personal remote control. For your breakfast you will receive a voucher to be served at a typical tuscan bakery/pastry/wine shop close by, only five minutes walking distance, open all day long: On choice: coffee, or cappuccino, or coffee and milk, or tea brioche, or little cake bread, butter and marmalade You will receive your own set of keys upon arrival and will be completely independent during your stay.

There is no curfew at night. To check in and settle your bill, the office is open from 12.15 (noon)to 07.30 pm; NO luggage will be accepted in the morning. Cancellations: - no charge if notice of cancellation given within 10 days of arrival; - charge 30% of total amount if notice given within 5-9 days of arrival; - full charge of total amount if notice given less than 5 days in advance.

Elizabeth and Remo are the owners of the place. They are warm, courteous and ready to help. Ask them for any kind of information about sighteeing in the in the countryside, walking tours in the city, car or bike rental, train and bus connections and fares, shops, restaurants, cafes and parking places. Remo is also a licensed tourist local guide and you can hire him for an easy walk downtown. He will entertain and introduce you to the fascinating world of so many famous artists, writers, poets, bankers, merchants, antiquarians.....you'll have fun and you'll learn so much in such a short time!!!
