Palazzo Niccolini al Duomo is located in the heart of historical Florence, 30 mt. away from the Cathedral, in the centre of the shopping area and at walking distance from the main monuments and museums. It's origins date back to the 14th century.

The great sculptor Donatello (1386-1466) had his workshop here. The Palazzo was originally built by the Naldinis, an important family of Florentine merchants and bankers. It, remained in the Naldini family until 1891, when the last descendant, Cristina, married Marchese Eugenio Niccolini di Camugliano and brought into this family as part of her dowry.
