PODERNOVO Podernovo farmhouse is the oldest of San Fabiano farm, dating back late seventheen hundred.

It was beautifully restaured by the Fiorentini with taste and all comforts. It is possible to rent it as a whole , accomodating comfortably 12 adults and 8 kids, with 6 master bedrooms, 6 living, 6 bathrooms, and 6 kitchens. One converted stable can gather everybody with a medioeval atmosphere around a fireplace that is ideal for dinners and relax, and cooking lessons! Outside under a wooden roof ,you can enjoy a barbecue or just relax in the shadow.

In High Season, from 06/04/03 to 20/10/03, minimun stay 7 nights from Saturday. Terms and Cancellation 1.booking The booking has to be done with a credit card. A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the amount is required at the moment of the booking, by credit card or by money transfer to our bank. Balance by cash is due on arrival. Cheques and traveller's cheques are not accepted.

2.Cancellations Change of dates is a cancellation. Until 30 days from arrival date ,only the down payment is lost. After that , 100 % of the amount will be charged to your credit card. 3.Arrival time and departure Arrival is due on each Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Departure is due on each Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. We need the room by 10 a.m. to prepare it for incoming clients.

4.Cleanings Daily cleanings of each apartment will be carried out between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. if you do not want to be disturbed ,you will not have the cleaning that day. Sundays and holidays ,no cleanings. If you cook something please take care of the dirty dishes. 5.laundry A laundry service is available in the house for 10 US $ each wash. Ironing is not included. For sensible items there are two Laundry stores in the village.

6.Services 6.1.included Heating, Air conditioning, cleaning, change of towels, change of linens, electricity, TV, hot water, pool heating, continental breakfast(milk,coffee,tea,butter,jam,orange juice,croissants), mountain bikes, ping-pong, badmington, Internet coonection in each apartment. 6.2.not included ironing, cooking, telephone calls, cooking lessons (60 $ each, painting lessons (30 $ each), riding promenades (20 $ each), fitness program, truffles search (autumn).

7.security We are not responsible for any items that you did not deliver us to put in the safebox. You are covered in the house and in the estate of San Fabiano, by an insurance policy. Please if you leave the house make sure to close windows and doors. If you answer to the intercom ,make sure you know who you are opening the door to. If you do not know him, do not open.
