The farmhouse is about 100 meters (1000 ft) from the Main Offices and consists of 2 apartments on the first floor. A beautiful stone and brick staircase leads to the two apartments which give onto a small loggia. DESCRIPTION Apartment on the left (circa 90 sq. m / 945 sq. ft): 2 double bedrooms, 2 baths (each with shower), 1 living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Apartment on the right (circa 100 sq.

m / 1050 sq. ft): 2 bedrooms, (1 three-bed and 1 double-bed), 2 baths (each with shower), 1 large living room with fireplace and 1 kitchen-dining room. The two apartments are independent, even though they have a common entrance. They are furnished in the traditional Umbrian country style with the simplicity and warmth of hand-made tile floors. Every apartment is equipped with television and extra beds can be added.

Beach-chairs and umbrellas as well as garden tables are available for guests in summer.
