The residence is situated in the centre near the "Palazzo Bardi" - a historical dwelling from the 1300, famous for its "Sopraintendenza alle Belle Arti", its architecture and its internal decorations on the ceiling. It is also famous for its 1700 pavement inlayed in marble, with rose ornaments in the central hall. The residence was restored and renovated during the year 2000. It offers double, single and suites.

All rooms are furnished in style, with new bathrooms and all the "usual" hotel comforts. (e.g. TV, direct telephone line, heating). There are various services the Residence offer. There are common areas where clients can receive his/her guests, there is the big hall. The lecture hall is a private area to relax, or if you want to relax outdoor there is the four seasons gardens which leads to the terrace, where you can view the panoramic scenery of the city.

If you want to cook, there is the kitchen with all the tools, which is available to use, there is also a dining area.
