The Liberty style villa is composed of four tall stories. Its elegance is characterized by certain key elements: arched stained-glass windows, original mosaic tiled floors, tall cellings and wood-shuttered doors and windows, local artisan artwork and paintings and wonderfulhistoric photographs. All the necessary modern comforts and conveniences have been artistically worked in to preserve the ambience of the villa’s original design.

The swimming pool and grand white and blue tiled Terrace with the famous view is enjoyed exclusively by Villa Terrazza guests. Mezzanine floor apartment for 2 to 4 people, with two doors to the terrazza. The bedroom with “The view”: the old, exclusive Excelsior Vittoria Hotel, lovely coastline and the majestic 100 year old pine tree on the terrace a few steps below. Acheerfully decorated dining area with adjoining kitchen shares this amazing view.

One bathroom and a large bedroom / lounge / dressing room with ample closet space and convertible double sofa bed. Trought original stained-glass-detailed windows in the dinning/kitchen area, the villa’s long private drive and gate can be seen.
