Nice first floor apartment recently renovated in the charming and peaceful area of Castello near to the Arsenale. The apartment has a private access door, it features a small but comfortable living room, a pleasant fully equipped kitchen/dining room, one master bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with shower. This apartment is newly furnished and is ideal for a couple loving a more tranquil venetian living atmosphere.

Amenities include air conditioning. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME The apartment is delivered from 14.00 o'clock of the arrival day and must be left within 10.00 o'clock of the last day of Your stay. At Your arrival a representative of Dimora Veneziana will wait for You, at the pubblic boat line station closest to the apartment, to give You the keys and the first usefull informations.

The keys delivery takes place also in our Point Office. After You have entered the apartment, You will be asked to sign the list of the existing objects. If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it at latest within 12 am of the day after Your arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item. On request, Dimora Veneziana arranges the transfer from the airport, the railway station or Piazzale Roma (car terminal) to the located apartment and back, with settled water-taxi.

To make Your arrival simpler, we beg You to tell us (by phone, fax or e-mail) Your means of transport, as well as the number of Your flight, train or if You arrive in Venice by car. In this way we could suggest You the best way to reach Your apartment or our office. Prices are including VAT tax, incoming service in/out, final cleaning, linen laundry (all linen is provided in any of our flat).

On request: daily flat reset events and restaurants booking transfer service to and from the airport rail station car terminal.
