It is a 3-storey flat, with independent (absolutely private) entrance, situated between two characteristic venetian streets (calli). Very easy to reach, from waterbus (vaporetto) stop "S. Silvestro" (next stop after Rialto Bridge), not more than four minutes walk with no bridges to cross. On the first floor there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with king size bed, a capacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. On the third floor there is another bedroom with king size bed and a chest of drawers. In the living room you have a double bed divan, if necessary. See the photos to have an idea. The apartment is provided with all the necessities, including linen. Appliances include gas oven, washing machine and television.

Water, electricity and gas are included in the price. Nearby you can find ALL YOU NEED OR WANT: in front of the entrance door you have the famous venetian restaurant "Trattoria alla Madonna”, where you can eat fresh fish and drink good wines. If you prefer quick lunches or snacks, there are plenty "baccari” (characteristic venetian places), where you can taste all sorts of delicious characteristic venetian foods and drink good wine.

But if you don’t like to spend money, you can cook at home. So in few seconds you reach the famous Rialto’s fish market, buy all sort of fish and prepare it by yourself at home! But if you prefer meat you have a buchther few steps away. And also you can find many groceries as well as all sort of fruit and vegetable stores and a bakery, all of them are near (not more than 100 metres from the apartment).

There are also chemist’s, tobacconist’s and many other shops. Public telephone and internet point are just 30 metres from the apartment. In the morning, it is also lovely to have breakfast at home. So, just get out, in few seconds buy characteristic venetian pastries (the quarter is full of cake shops and coffee houses) and than eat them with tea or coffee in the apartment.

In this way (that seems very clever) you economize lot of money that you can use for visiting the city, the expositions, the monuments or to have excursions on venetian islands. If you like gondole (characteristic venetian boats), 20 mt. from the apartment you can take one and have a romantic trip on canals. Nearby you can also find theatres (the restored Malibran Theatre or Goldoni Theatre for example).

From the apartment you can reach in few minutes all the most interesting places to visit, included S. Marco square (ten minutes walk). But consider that Venice itself is a monument!
