The Spui Apartments, housed in a former 17th century canal house are located in central Amsterdam, between Dam Square, the Central Station and the Canal Area offering a quick and easy link to all the city's major attractions as well as shopping and dining facilities. The apartments are all functionally furnished and feature a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room.

A sofa-bed is available for a third person. Public parking facilities are located within walking distance from the building and public transports are just a few steps away. The building does not feature a lift, therefore it is not really suitable for babies and very old persons.
