The Waterfront Hotel is located in a residential area, but close to Amsterdams five major museums; the Rijks Museum, the Stedelijk Museum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Allard Pierson Museum and the Amsterdam Historical Museum. Also the world famous "Concertgebouw" is only a few minutes away from us. Close by is the captivating Vondel Park, ideal for jogging, a relaxing walk, or just sitting in the sunshine.

Pop (and other) musicians give free performances at the weekends in the daytime. Just a short walk from the hotel will find you in the Leidseplein and Rembrandtplein, Amsterdam's liveliest entertainment spots. There is a wide variety of recreation on offer here, which include stores, theaters, bars, Europe's largest Casino, and many restaurants offering an assortment of food to suit any budget.

With our excellent public transport system, getting around the city is easy and pleasurable. Bicycles can also be rented for those who wish to find their own way around. All rooms have a private bathroom, color T.V. (with CNN, NBC, etc.) and minibar. We also have laundry and dry-cleaning facilities and other utilities (hairdryer, iron, etc.) available on request. Daytrips and excursions may be booked directly from the reception.

Hotel The Waterfront is located centrally, close to the Rijks Museum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Stedelijk Museum and the Concertgebouw (Amsterdam's famous concert hall). With just a short walk into the centre of the city, we are easily accessible by car and public transport.
