The building:an old and refurbished building, typical of the Old Town, with an iron door. The apartments are on the third floor (tercero), and there is a lift for 3 people. Both apartments have lots of day light, specially in the living room and eating corner. THE APARTMENTS: two independent apartments on the same floor, thus, according to availability, there is sleeping for up to 11 people in the same house.

Both the building and the apartments have been recently refurbished. The apartments have been completely refurbished and equipped (August 2001).
