All our meat is carefully selected and, if not stated otherwise on our menu, produced under the highest Swiss standarts. We use local and regional producers and suppliers for ecological reasons, provided that they can comply to our high quality standarts. The young, surrealistic baroque painter Tatjana Tiziana worked night after night to perform her magic in our restaurant.
